3rd Norface Migration Conference

The conference dinner will be buffet style and the menu will be as follows:

Appetizer

Fine Matjes hering in aspic with a horseradish vinaigrette

Cold beef-carpaccio chive-sour cream

Fine liver pastry with sauerkraut and red grapes

Salad of grilled vegetables with balsamico vinaigrette

Assortment of different kraut-and leave salads with two different dressings

Assortment of baguettes and bread
 

Main-dishes

Spicy, peppered spit roast with burgundy-cream sauce served with seasonal vegetables and „Spätzle“

Grilled ocean pearch (redfish), leek and potatoes

Pasta squares – filled with cottage cheese, served with sage butter

Belgian Waffle, served with vanilla sauce

Curd cheese strudel with chocolat sauce
